Localization framework integration
Plasmic now works with localization frameworks like react-intl, react-i18next, lingui.js, and more!
With this integration, Plasmic generates translation dictionaries for all localizable strings that appear, which you can incorporate into your existing site-wide translation workflows and deploy with your app.
This framework integration works across both the headless API and codegen. This is the newest of multiple existing approaches to localizing your website and content in Plasmic.
Later, this will cover not just text content on a page, but also HTML attributes like alt text, and even component props. You’ll be able to denote props on your own code components as localizable.
And in case you missed it, Plasmic’s built-in headless CMS also supports full localization out of the box. Together with localizing your visually built pages, you can have one cohesive workflow for taking your website global.
