SOC 2 Type 2 compliance

That’s why we’re excited to announce that Plasmic has now completed a full SOC 2 type 2 compliance audit.

SOC 2 is a rigorous security framework and compliance industry standard. This certification, reviewed and given by an external audit firm, ensures that Plasmic uses best in class security practices to protect customer data. Plasmic is compliant with the SOC 2 standard for security, availability, and confidentiality.

GraphQL backend integrations

Plasmic has long supported GraphQL queries, but these were limited to queries executed directly by the end-user’s browser.

Now, you can also issue queries from the backend, allowing you to make authenticated GraphQL queries and mutations to APIs that need permissions and authorization.

This uses the same backend integrations framework that now also supports HTTP REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Airtable, Zapier, and other integrations.
